Because the items are instant digital downloads, all purchases are final with no refunds or exchanges.
Once your payment is complete, the files are immediately available for download. And since digital products can’t be returned or “un-downloaded”, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
But of course I want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any trouble accessing your files or notice an issue with the download itself, please reach out and I’ll be glad to help get things sorted.
Before purchasing, please double-check:
-- Quantity: One digital copy covers unlimited prints for personal use, per the terms/conditions. Please purchase additional file(s) only if you intend to gift the download to others for their personal use in compliance with terms/conditions.
