Limited License for Digital Art Downloads When you purchase and download my digital artwork, you’re buying a license to use it, not ownership of the artwork itself.  Here’s what that means in human terms:

What You Can Do - You’re welcome to:

• Use the artwork for personal use (wall art, phone/computer backgrounds, personal prints) or purchase additional copies as gifts for a recipient's personal use

• Print it for yourself as many times as you like

• Use it in non-commercial projects where you’re not making money

What You Can’t Do - Please don’t:

• Resell, share, gift (unless purchasing addition copies for this purpose), or distribute the digital file (free or paid)

• Claim the artwork as your own

• Use the artwork in commercial products or services (selling prints, merchandise, branding, logos, NFTs, ads, etc.)

• Upload the file to sharing sites, print-on-demand platforms, or AI training tools

Copyright Stuff

• I retain full copyright to the artwork

• This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable

• Purchasing a download does not transfer copyright

Want to Use It Commercially?

No problem — just reach out! I’m happy to discuss commercial licensing options so we can find something that works for both of us.

Final Notes

• All sales of digital downloads are final due to the nature of the product

• This license applies automatically when you download the file
